The President and also founder of SINZ, Chris is the Chairman of Community Patrols of New Zealand, a national organisation of nearly 5000 volunteers that work closely with the NZ Police and is supported by the Ministry of Justice and local bodies around New Zealand. Chris manages full and part time staff based in Police National Headquarters and Auckland City Police District. In setting up SINZ Chris is openly putting his integrity on the line.
